While working within the constraints of a limited budget, the team at Rural Health West continues to rely on 5GN’s expertise and commitment to maintaining a secure and stable IT environment.
5GN provides Rural Health West with ongoing technical support, including an onsite technician, as well as strategic guidance in technology planning, project management, and cyber security. A key service has been the implementation of Microsoft Teams Voice, which, despite a challenging rollout, now functions effectively. Additionally, 5GN has been instrumental in helping Rural Health West engage with and implement the Essential 8 Maturity Model to strengthen cyber security practices.
The overall service and support from 5GN have been excellent, especially in recent years. Challenges that arise are handled promptly through direct communication with the Help Desk Manager and support technicians, ensuring minimal disruption. The organisation has seen continuous improvement in cyber resilience and values the partnership for its consistency and depth of technical insight, especially given the constraints of limited internal resources.
