Every employee is entitled to an additional leave day to celebrate their birthday each year. If an employee’s birthday falls on a day that isn’t ideal for celebrating, a day off within the month prior or afterward can be taken off instead.

All employees with greater than 5 years continuous service are entitled to Loyalty Leave up until they reach 10 years’ service and Long Service Leave kicks in. Loyalty Leave provides an extra day(s) off annually for every year of service above 5. More details on Loyalty Leave can be found in our Leave Policy.

Every 5GN employee receives $1000 in free shares per year.

Every quarter 5GN recognises the achievements of an employee who has done an outstanding job at demonstrating our values. The Quarterly Recognition Award is peer nominated and announced at our National Town Hall meetings, with a financial reward also gifted to the winner.
